Location Analysis
There isn't really much 'industrial' space, and commercial space is expensive.
For commercial space, it's been suggested that a discussion with the landlord might result in a smaller deposit and cheaper rent, on a month-by-month basis where we could be evicted easily and quickly (1 month notice).
There community space, we'd need somewhere to be able to safely store equipment.

Re: Location
My ideas here are:
- co-locate with the Belgrave Men’s shed,
- any under/unused assets from the council (a big shed would do for a start)
- or maybe south side of the Hwy down in FT Gully?
The Men’s Shed is an established community hub, centrally located etc. Sharing the space has some nuances, but many benefits as well.

Re: Location
Heya.
The Belgrave Mens Shed is absolutely brimming with (very cool) machinery... I've had a tour, and there isn't any spare space available. At least not when I had a look (last year).
I'm quite happy to try and partner with people/organizations to try and get this running - I'm waiting on a callback from someone trying to do a "share shed" that I _think_ has some council funding and possibly some space, so when I have some actual details, I'll post them here.
